How to soothe a rosacea flare-up?

Rosacea is a skin condition that causes redness around the nose and cheeks. Many factors are responsible for worsening rosacea symptoms such as sunlight, stress, and many foods and beverages. Drink adequate water :- Not drinking enough water also makes skin dry.

Protect your skin from cold and wind :- You can wear a scarf to protect your skin. Avoid wool or rough-feeling fabrics, use a scarf made of silk or acrylic.

Use clinical treatments :- Treatments are available that can reduce the appearance of rosacea. Treatments for type 2 (papulopustular rosacea) are the most effective. Laser treatment and avoiding triggers are usually the best ways to manage type 1 rosacea (erythematotelangiectatic).
